The hotel is built on 7 floors with a total of 106 comfortable guest rooms. There are two main room types at the hotel. Side seaview rooms have a view from the balcony to the harbour whilst the direct seaview rooms enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Sliema Creek and the walled city of Valletta. All rooms have a balcony and include satellite TV and Internation direct dialling.  A minibar and a room safe can be rented from the hotel as a small local charge.

The Milano Due has two restaurants from where guests of the hotel can choose to dine.  The main hotel restaurant is located on the 7th floor and enjoys magnificent views of the harbour.  During summer, the sliding doors of the restaurant are opened and guests can eat Al fresco.  On the ground floor, the hotel has a new restaurant offering its guests a selection of Italian dishes ranging from snacks and light meals to pizza, pasta and other dishes. Dining in the area around the hotel is extremely varied and guests will be spoilt for choice with the number of dining possibilities in the central resort of Sliema.
