Elegant and atmospheric whilst chic and Mediterranean with the rich blues and red of the restaurants décor which opens to the sunny Terrace filled with fresh plants and flowers. The restaurant is open for breakfast until 10.30am and opens again from 12 noon and remains open all day until 10pm.
Bastion Pool Bar
Award-winning chefs use local produce, some of it grown in our Kitchen Gardens, and then lovingly prepared with care and creativity to ensure every mouthful is memorable.
The 'Pegasus' Brasserie is set in an informal atmosphere and designed in a warm decor and serves a selection of French and Mediterranean fare. This restaurant specialises in salads, pasta and grills.
The 'Palm Court' which is set in a bright and spacious lounge atmosphere with plush sofas serves high teas as well as light cafe lunches which the 'Club' Bar is a typically colonial style bar serving a selection of exotic wines, cocktails, fine champagne and cigars.

Policies
Eco Tax on Accommodation
The Ministry of Tourism has confirmed that the implementation of the Eco Tax on Accommodation will become effective on 1st April 2016 (effective date) and will be applicable for all adult guests staying in hotels and other hosted accommodation.
The tax will be €0.50 per adult per night, capped at a maximum of €5.00 per adult per stay.
The tax will be collected directly by the accommodation service provider prior to check out and remitted to Government.
The tax also applies to any accommodation that was reserved before the announcement of the Eco Tax but which will be availed of on or after the effective date. It is our understanding that any reservations that overlap the effective date will be subject to the tax for the portion of the reservation after the effective date.
