Located in the popular tourist resort of Bugibba, the San Anton is a family complex situated only a few minutes from the seafront promenade. 

Located in the northern resort of Bugibba, in a area popular for local bars and close to the seafront promenade, the San Anton hotel is an excellent choice for a Malta vacation. The hotel is made up of hotel rooms or self catering apartments and based around a central pool area. Local bus connections to all areas of the island can be found just 2 minutes from the hotel. The centre of Bugibba where clients can find a large choice of dining or drink possibilities is only a short walk from this complex.

Points of Interest

Buggiba is a large and popular tourist area and part of neighbouring resorts, stretching for 5km along St Paul’s Bay, around Qawra Point and into Salina Bay. Of the group, Bugibba, is the largest resort in the area, with good views of St Paul’s Bay and its islands. Perhaps Bugibba’s biggest attraction is the main square (Bay Square) along the seafront as it serves as the hub for the shops, bars & restaurants and has the fantastic view which can be enjoyed from many benches arranged in its centre. The square comes alive especially at night during the warmer months as the main nightlife in the area is located here. Regular music concerts are also held in the square which attract many visitors. There is a newly created sandy beach on the shoreline of Bugibba, a popular addition and only 200 metres from the Primera Hotel. From the Quay at the northern end of the promenade you can take boat trips around Malta or over to the Blue Lagoon at Comino.

500 metres from Bugibba seafront and a few minutes walk from the centre of town with lots of dining and leisure options. 150 metres from the local bus stage with connections to Valletta or the beaches in the north of Malta.



Breakage Deposit

The management shall request Card Imprints for each arriving guest. For those guest's who do not carry Credit Cards, management may, at their discretion continue taking a €50 refundable, breakages deposit.   Details taken from the Credit cards will be destroyed 1 month after the guest’s stay.

Eco Tax on Accommodation

The Ministry of Tourism has confirmed that the implementation of the Eco Tax on Accommodation will become effective on 1st April 2016 (effective date) and will be applicable for all adult guests staying in hotels and other hosted accommodation.
The tax will be €0.50 per adult per night, capped at a maximum of €5.00 per adult per stay.
The tax will be collected directly by the accommodation service provider prior to check out and remitted to Government.
The tax also applies to any accommodation that was reserved before the announcement of the Eco Tax but which will be availed of on or after the effective date.   It is our understanding that any reservations that overlap the effective date will be subject to the tax for the portion of the reservation after the effective date.
