HSixty6 Restaurant
HSixty6 is the brainchild of the late Hugo Chetcuti and forms part of the Hugo’s Group. The restaurant takes its name from his birthdate and is an ideal location for an important business lunch or a romantic ‘diner a deux’.

They passionately believe that sustainably sourced, locally-foraged and seasonal produce is absolute. Their dishes highlight the wonderful flavours and beautiful quality of carefully sourced seasonal game, meat, fish and vegetables, which are meticulously chosen from suppliers who live and breathe quality. The passion, combined with the wonderful bounty which this island has to offer, is at the heart of their cooking.

A cosy, intimate restaurant, the interior of HSixty6 evokes an immersive, modern singular elegance which was inspired by the continental travels of their founder.  They serve the finest food and drink, within a relaxed, informal yet professionally orchestrated environment, as if you had your very own private chef back home.

High above the busy restaurants, bars and clubs below, the Infinity Pool Deck & Lounge is the perfect place to relax, work on your tan, sample cocktails from the bar and enjoy the tranquil chill-out ambience.
